STAGEONE GTM SYSTEMS

The Load Test

Which column is carrying your number?

Twenty statements. Answer honestly rather than aspirationally. You get a score for each of the five systems, a composite, and a written read of what to rebuild first.

Nothing is sent anywhere. It scores in your browser as you answer, and I never see it unless you decide to send it to me.

01 / STRATEGY

Do you know who you win with, and can a rep walk away from someone you do not?

We can name the three attributes our best-fit customers share, and they came out of closed-won data rather than a workshop.
A rep can disqualify a deal without asking permission, and nobody treats that as giving up.
We know our win rate by segment, not just the blended number.
When we lose, we know whether it was price, product, timing or our own execution.
02 / ENABLEMENT

Can your reps teach the product, or do they route hard questions to somebody else?

A rep can answer a hard technical question live without escalating it to an engineer or the founder.
Our discovery teaches the buyer something they did not know walking into the call.
Anyone on the team can run the demo well, not just our best two people.
Objection handling is written down and practiced out loud, not improvised in the moment.
03 / TEAM

Does a new hire ramp on a system, or on whoever has time to explain things?

A new hire is in a real customer conversation within eight weeks of starting.
Every rep has a development plan tied to one specific skill, not a generic goal.
Coaching happens weekly and it still happens in the last two weeks of a quarter.
We can say specifically what separates our best rep from our median rep.
04 / OPERATIONS

Would you defend your own numbers to somebody who wanted to argue with them?

Our pipeline stages have exit criteria based on something the buyer did, not something the seller felt.
I would defend our forecast number to a board without adding caveats.
CRM data is complete enough that I do not verify it by calling reps.
Our reporting answers the question leadership actually asked.
05 / EXPANSION

Is the second sale a motion with an owner, or a date somebody notices late?

Expansion has an owner and a number of its own, separate from new business.
We know which accounts are at risk ninety days before the renewal date.
There is a defined motion for the second sale, not just a scheduled check-in.
Customer health is measured by usage or outcome, not by how the last call felt.

Scoring runs in your browser. With JavaScript turned off you can still read and answer all twenty statements above, then total each block yourself: every answer is worth 0 for Never through 3 for Always, so each system scores out of 12.

20 statements left before the read unlocks. A partial load test is how you end up rebuilding the wrong column.

Your answers stay in this browser, and there is no email field anywhere on this page. See what a full Load Test engagement includes if you want me to run this properly against your CRM, your calls and your team.
