The Diagnostic

$2,500

Two weeks

Two weeks inside your business. I read the CRM, sit in on calls and interview your reps, then score all five systems, rank the gaps by cost, and hand you the ninety day sequence.

Credited in full against anything booked within sixty days.

ONE SYSTEM

The Sprint

$12,000

Four to six weeks

$7,200 as a founding client

One column rebuilt and handed over. The stage model rewritten, the ramp installed, or the outbound motion stood up and running.

Best once the Diagnostic has told you where it actually hurts.

ALL THREE STAGES

The Full Build

$32,000

Eight to sixteen weeks

$19,200 as a founding client

Blueprint, Build and Handover run end to end, inside your tools, with your team trained to operate all of it after I go.

Takes one of the two seats. Usually booked a month out.

STANDING TIME

The Advisory

$3,500

Per month, three month minimum

$2,100 as a founding client

For a founder or a first sales leader who has the system already and wants somebody in the corner who has made these mistakes once.

Not a fractional seat. I will not run your team.

I will trade price for proof.

Three founding clients take 40% off anything above the Diagnostic. Nothing about the work changes: same scope, same delivery, same attention. You get an early-stage price on a practice built from late-stage experience, and I get the proof that lets me stop discounting.

In exchange I ask for a written case study and one reference call, at the end, and only if the work earned it. All three are open. When they are gone the rates go back up and stay there.

"He rebuilt how we qualified, and the effect was my team walking away from deals they would have chased for two quarters."

02  /  FIT

Half of this is me saying no

Two concurrent engagements means I cannot take work I am not right for, which turns out to be a useful discipline. Here is the line, so you can rule me out without spending a call on it.

WORTH A CONVERSATION

  • You are moving off founder led selling and it is not going well.
  • You have reps but no repeatable way to make a new one good.
  • Your forecast and your actuals disagree every single quarter.
  • You are about to spend real money on headcount or tooling and want to know what to fix first.
  • You bought AI tooling, nothing changed, and you suspect the problem is upstream of the tool.

NOT A FIT

  • You want someone to run your team. I build the system, your leader runs it.
  • You want an agency to send emails on your behalf.
  • You want a strategy deck with no implementation attached to it.
  • You are under about $1M. At that stage you need customers, not systems, and I will say so.
  • You need the founder or the revenue leader out of the room. If they will not attend, nothing I build survives me.

Start with the read, not the proposal.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me what the last two quarters looked like and I will tell you which of the five systems I would open first, and whether I am the right person to do it.
