FRAMEWORKS
The thinking, given away.
Four frameworks, published in full. No email wall, no gated download, no summary that stops at the useful part. If you can run one of these yourself and never call me, that is a good outcome.

The Six Reads
Which problem do you actually have
Six shapes a broken funnel makes. They are not the same problem and they do not have the same fix, but most companies treat all six as a pipeline problem and hire more reps.
Run it on your own numbers, three minutes, no email.

The Always List
Who you should be spending Tuesday on
An ICP tells you which companies belong on the list. This tells you which of them will actually buy. Five layers, drawn from your own closed-won record rather than a workshop.

The Handover Line
When founder-led selling becomes the ceiling
Four signals that you have crossed it, and five things that have to exist in writing before you do.

They are not four separate ideas. They are four points on the same sequence.
tells you which of six problems you have. Everything else depends on the answer.
is what to do if the answer is targeting.
is almost always where it starts if the answer is process.
tells you whether the founder is the constraint, if the answer is people.
The one you need depends on what the record says, which is why the reads come first.
WHY THEY ARE FREE
The first is that a framework you cannot run yourself is not a framework, it is a brochure. If this only works when I am in the room then it is not a system, and a system is the entire thing I sell.
The second is that most people who read these will never hire me, and the ones who do will have already decided by the time we speak. I would rather that decision be made on the work than on a call where I describe the work.
Each framework page links down into the writing that goes deeper on a specific part of it, and each article links back up. They get added to rather than finished.
Six questions, three minutes, and it tells you which of the other three you need.
No deck and no discovery script. If I am the wrong person, you find out on that call.
