These terms cover this website and the free resources on it. Paid engagements are governed by the written agreement signed before the work starts, not by this page.
Everything here is published for information. Read it, use it, share it. What you should not do is republish it as your own work, scrape it at volume, or attempt to interfere with how the site runs.
The assessment, the scorecard, The Stage Definition Rewrite and The Outbound Playbook are free to download and free to use inside your own company, including with your team. They remain my work. Please do not resell them, rebrand them, or distribute them as part of a paid product.
The frameworks on this site come from twenty years of building revenue organisations, and they are what I would do. They are not advice tailored to your business, because I have not seen your business. Nothing here guarantees a revenue result, and decisions you make after reading it are yours.
The scorecard is a directional read produced from the answers you give. It is not an audit and it is only as accurate as the honesty of the input. Treat it as a conversation starter rather than a finding.
Every engagement runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, milestones, fees and an exit clause. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins. The Read refund described on the pricing page is offered in good faith and honoured on request after the findings session.
Work produced during a paid engagement belongs to the client on final payment, including the playbooks, documentation and systems built. The underlying methods and frameworks remain mine to reuse.
