Short version: I collect what you give me, I use it to reply to you, and I do not sell it. The longer version is below.
If you submit a form on this site, I receive what you typed. The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, revenue range, and a description of the problem. The assessment scorecard form asks for your name, company and work email, and stores the answers you gave along with your scores.
If you take the assessment and never request the scorecard, nothing is sent to me. Your answers stay in your own browser and are cleared when you close the tab.
To reply to you, to send the document you asked for, and to prepare properly if we end up talking. I do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and I do not add anyone to a mailing list they did not ask to join.
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser, and referring source. I also record anonymous events for things like starting the assessment, downloading a PDF, or clicking through to pricing, so I can tell which parts of the site are useful. This data is aggregated and I do not use it to identify individuals.
If you would rather not be measured, most browsers offer a do-not-track setting, and Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on.
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Google Analytics provides usage measurement. Google Fonts serves typography. Calendly handles scheduling if you book a call. Each of these has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.
Form submissions stay in Netlify and in my email. If you ask me to delete your information I will do it and confirm when it is done.
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email josh@stageonegtm.com and I will handle it personally, because there is nobody else to hand it to.
