STAGEONE GTM SYSTEMS

Revenue architecture for B2B, $1M to $100M

Diagnose.
Rebuild.
Hand it over.

Right now your number is being carried by three people and a spreadsheet. Neither of those scales, and one of them can resign.

I find the part of your go to market that is doing the load bearing, rebuild the parts that are not, and leave your team running it without me.

There is no logo wall on this page, because StageOne is new.

What there is instead: three operators who have worked with me directly, describing what actually changed, under their own names and titles.

"No fifty page deck, no disappearing act. He sat in our calls, rewrote how we opened them, and my team is now getting meetings at accounts that never returned a call before."

Ryan P.VP of Sales, Connesso

"Josh is the rare one who can design the system and then go sell with it. He rebuilt how we qualified, and the effect was my team walking away from deals they would have chased for two quarters."
Will K.

Will K.President, Wobot.ai

"Most people talking about go to market are describing tactics. Josh thinks in systems and then writes them down, which is the part everyone skips."

01  /  THE DIAGNOSIS

Something is holding your number up

Five systems carry a revenue number. When one cannot take the weight the others compensate quietly, usually by burning your best two people. The Load Test finds the short column before it fails.

The Diagnostic

I read your CRM, sit in on calls, interview your reps, then come back with the ranked list and a ninety day sequence. Credited in full against anything you book after.

See what that includes

If the Diagnostic tells you nothing you did not already know, you do not pay for it. That is a real commitment, not a formality.

02  /  THE WORK

Blueprint. Build. Handover.

Three stages, bought separately or in sequence. If your team already owns one of them, keep it. I would rather scope a smaller piece of work that lands than a bigger one that sits on a shelf.

01 Blueprint 02 Build 03 Handover

Blueprint

The drawings before anybody pours concrete

Sounds like:

  • Every rep runs a different process and all of them think theirs works
  • Stage three means whatever the person updating the record decided it means
  • You are winning deals you cannot explain and losing ones you should not

Who you actually win with, read out of your own record rather than a workshop. Qualification that does its job. Stage definitions a manager can check in ten seconds. A forecast with arithmetic behind it.

Do not buy this if you already have a documented motion your team follows. You need Build.

Build

Built in your tools, with your team in the room

Sounds like:

  • The CRM is an expensive address book and everyone works out of a spreadsheet
  • You bought three AI tools last year and nothing measurably changed
  • Reporting answers a question nobody in the business asked

The Blueprint installed where the work actually happens. CRM architecture reps will use, stages enforced instead of suggested, dashboards your board can read, and AI built on clean data so it amplifies what works rather than scaling what is broken.

Do not buy this before the Blueprint. Installing an undecided process is how CRMs get abandoned.

Handover

The part most consultants skip, because it ends the engagement

Sounds like:

  • New hires take six months to contribute and nobody can say why
  • Prospects get better answers from your docs than from your reps
  • The founder is still in every deal that matters

Product fluency drilled until it holds up under a hard question. A ramp that puts a new rep in a real conversation in eight weeks with evidence at each checkpoint. A weekly operating rhythm your leader runs without me. Then I leave, and everything I built stays yours.

If you want somebody to keep running it for you, hire a fractional leader. That is a different job and I am not it.

03  /  WHY NOW

AI does not fix a short column. It loads it faster.

The pattern in every AI rollout I have watched is the same. The teams getting real returns already had their fundamentals in place. Automation is a multiplier, and a multiplier needs something worth multiplying.

DEFINED PROCESS × AI UNDEFINED PROCESS × AI AI More of the same motion. Running faster, still legible on a Monday. AI More of the same mess. Now nobody can tell you why the number moved.

If your ICP is a guess, AI will now execute that guess a thousand times a week.

Politely, at scale, into a market that will remember you for it. The same holds for every workflow layered on an undefined process. The tool writes to your CRM, drafts the outreach, summarizes the call, and every one of those outputs inherits whatever guessing was already in the system.

I do not sell you AI. I build the thing underneath it that makes AI worth buying.

Then, where a workflow genuinely should be automated, I build that too. Enrichment, routing, call analysis, forecast hygiene, the reporting nobody has time to assemble. The order matters: define it, install it, then let a model run it. Reverse those and you buy a very fast way to be wrong.

04  /  THE FRAMEWORKS

Every one is published in full on this site, with the worksheets left in, because a framework you cannot apply is just a diagram.

Want to know which column is short?

Thirty minutes, no deck, no discovery script. Tell me what the last two quarters actually looked like and I will tell you which column I would open first, and whether I am the right person to do it.

Sometimes the answer is that you do not need me yet. I would rather tell you that on a first call than six weeks into an engagement.

Josh Dempsey

Founder, StageOne GTM

I have been the person who could not explain the number.

Twenty years in go to market, almost all of it carrying a number rather than advising the person who carries one. Five revenue organizations built from nothing. Six Presidents Club awards, every one in a territory that started at zero.

The first team I built, I got badly wrong. I hired three reps against a playbook that existed only in my head and watched two wash out inside five months. A motion you cannot write down is a motion you cannot hire against. Almost everything I install now traces back to that year.

I am certified in Winning by Design’s Revenue Architecture and currently lead sales at a PE backed managed services provider. StageOne runs alongside that role, disclosed and approved. That is why the roster stops at two, and why I would rather turn you down than take a third.

07  /  THE PRINCIPLE

Systems that hold weight, not streaks that hold up

A structure that only stands because three people are holding it is not a structure. Every engagement here ends with your team carrying the load instead of me, which is the only outcome worth paying for.
